Description: The aim of the lecture is to present information about bacteria, the most numerous and oldest cellular organisms and viruses, the most numerous biological entities and their key role in all aspects of human existence on Earth. The impact of bacteria and viruses on the lives and health of humans and their use in food, medicines, nanomaterials, beauty and even biological weapons will be discussed.
